The General Assembly of the RIEK Network shall be composed of the representatives designated by each national or regional chapter, in accordance with the internal procedures established in their respective statutes.
It shall fall within the competence of the Assembly to adopt decisions concerning the creation of new chapters, the approval of statutes, and the election of the Executive Board.
