The RIEK Network is in the process of formal constitution under Austrian law. Until its final registration, the provisional Executive Secretariat exercises the functions of editorial and administrative coordination of the website.
The designation “RIEK®” is registered as a word mark with the German Patent and Trade Mark Office (DPMA, Germany).
The name of the network, its logo, and the elements that constitute the visual identity of the project form part of its institutional identity.
The use of the name “RIEK”, its logo, or the associated elements of visual identity without express authorization may give rise to the initiation of the corresponding legal actions in accordance with the applicable legislation.
