The Executive Board shall serve as the central operational body of the RIEK and shall be hierarchically accountable to the General Assembly.
It shall be responsible for implementing the decisions adopted by the Assembly, coordinating the administrative activities of the Network, and ensuring ongoing coordination between the General Assembly, the International Coordination, and the national or regional chapters.
It may also establish ad hoc committees for specific matters, such as academic evaluations, the organization of conferences, or disciplinary procedures, in accordance with the guidelines established by the General Assembly.
