Objectives

The RIEK Network’s objectives are as follows:

1. To consolidate a common academic platform for Kelsen studies within the Ibero-American sphere.
2. To promote scholarly research in legal theory and legal philosophy, with particular attention to the tradition of the Vienna School of Legal Theory.
3. To facilitate academic exchange among researchers and institutions within the Latin American sphere and to foster their collaboration with specialized European centers.
4. To promote the publication and dissemination of scholarly research, academic studies, and publishing initiatives.
5. To organize conferences, seminars, and academic exchange activities, both in-person and virtual.
6. To ensure academic continuity, the highest standards of scientific quality, and the institutional legitimacy of the Network.
