The RIEK Network’s mission is to promote research on Hans Kelsen’s thought and on the representatives of the Vienna School of Legal Theory within the Ibero-American academic sphere, fostering sustained scholarly exchange and international cooperation among researchers and specialists in partnership with universities and specialized research institutions.
Its vision is to consolidate itself as a leading academic network in the study of the Pure Theory of Law and contemporary normativist traditions, strengthening dialogue between Europe and Latin America and supporting long-term scholarly and editorial projects.
