The RIEK Network\u2019s objectives are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. To consolidate a common academic platform for Kelsen studies within the Ibero-American sphere.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. To promote scholarly research in legal theory and legal philosophy, with particular attention to the tradition of the Vienna School of Legal Theory.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. To facilitate academic exchange among researchers and institutions within the Latin American sphere and to foster their collaboration with specialized European centers.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. To promote the publication and dissemination of scholarly research, academic studies, and publishing initiatives.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. To organize conferences, seminars, and academic exchange activities, both in-person and virtual.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. To ensure academic continuity, the highest standards of scientific quality, and the institutional legitimacy of the Network.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
